Refund policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of trading cards and collectible products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at tcgforgecards@gmail.com. We will review the situation and work to resolve it on a case-by-case basis.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. TCG Forge is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
